Above all, committed to your safety.

Each private jet that Jet One utilizes, as well as each member of every flight crew, is subject to the most stringent safety procedures in the industry, with all U.S.-based aircraft having at least a Gold Rating from the Aircraft Research Group/US, with equivalent ratings required for non-U.S.-based aircraft. Each aircraft is FAR Part 135 and 91 regulated and is required to carry a maintenance log detailing its entire maintenance history.

Each jet is piloted by two pilots who must not only be certified and type rated for the aircraft that they are flying but must have, at a MINIMUM, 500 hours of flight time, including 100 hours of cross-country time, 25 of which have taken place at night. In addition, all pilots are required to hold an instrument rating of an airline transport certificate, with an airplane category rating.

Not only do we maintain strict rules governing the maintenance of our operator's aircraft and who may fly them, we also factor aircraft size, airport facilities, and runway length into the safety equation. No jet chartered by Jet One may land on a runway less than 5,000 feet long, and no aircraft may operate at any airport that hasn't been certified for that aircraft's use by the FAA.
